Jean-Paul’s story begins in the picturesque city of Nice, France, where he grew up cherishing the monthly family trips to Italy. Longing for the authentic gelato he had grown to love, Jean-Paul embarked on a culinary adventure to Bologna, Italy, where he studied at a school specializing in Gelato. His passion for the craft deepened as he also trained with a French pastry chef. Back in his kitchen, Jean-Paul dedicated years to perfecting his gelato-making skills.
Finally, taking a leap of faith, Jean-Paul decided to share his passion with others by opening his own Gelateria. His journey from a child enjoying gelato in Italy to becoming a gelato artisan himself is a testament to his dedication to the craft.
